“You will not delight in sacrifice, or I would give it; you will not be pleased with a burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.”
Lent Webinar January 2017
Building Faith contributes to a webinar series called Wisdom from the Field. This series is produced by the Center for the Ministry of Teaching, with the mission of bringing inspiration and advice to ministry leaders.
In this webinar we focused on what churches and formation leaders can do during Lent, sharing ideas and tips for how to meet your congregation where they are and journey with them. We talked big picture thinking, and then moved to practical ideas for Lenten programs and events.
